NJ-07 Service Academy Fair Set For May 21 in Branchburg
FLEMINGTON, N.J. – Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today announced he will hold his annual “Service Academy Information Fair” for Seventh Congressional District high school students on Saturday, May 21 at Raritan Valley Community College. Lance’s annual event allows students to meet with academy officials to learn more about the admissions process and how to pursue their interests in serving the Nation.
“One of the greatest honors of serving in Congress is nominating young people to the service academies. Every year, numerous talented students put their names forward for consideration to serve our country. I enjoy getting to know these young leaders,” said Lance. “The academy fair allows students and parents to talk directly with service academy admissions representatives to have their questions answered and gain an understanding of the competitive application process. I hope all interested high school students will attend.”
