“Today’s health care reform plan released by the House Democrats is a $1.5 trillion budget buster that will lead to fewer jobs, higher taxes and less health coverage for New Jersey.
WASHINGTON -- Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today voiced his strong opposition to healthcare reform legislation currently being crafted in the House of Representatives that would cost $1.5 trillion to implement while raising taxes on tens of thousands of New Jerseyeans.
“The proposed $1.5 trillion healthcare reform measure that raises taxes on New Jerseyeans while adding to our already ballooning deficit is a non-starter,” said Lance.
