Senate has operated almost four years without passing a spending blueprint says 7th District lawmaker

WASHINGTON– Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) today voted in favor of H.R. 325, "No Budget, No Pay Act" which would direct members of the U.S. House and Senate to adopt a budget resolution by April 15, 2013 as required by law.  In addition, the measure allows the U.S. Treasury to issue debt until May 18, 2013 to ensure the complete and timely payment of the obligations of the U.S. Government.
