  • Walking Tour of Clinton

    Congressman Lance joined Clinton Mayor Janice Kovach and area residents for a walking tour of downtown Clinton this week. Clinton has been designated as one of New Jersey’s Greatest Downtowns by the NJ Chapter of the American Planning Association and the walking tour showed a delegation from NJ Planners the Red Mill Museum Village, the Hunterdon Art Museum, as well as several of the unique, locally owned shops and restaurants.
  • Lance Named a ‘Guardian of Small Business’

    Congressman Lance has been named a Guardian of Small Business by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading advocate for small businesses. Lance was selected for his outstanding support of America’s small business owners in the U.S. House of Representatives. Nearly 7,000 NFIB members are in New Jersey. One of those members, Glen Gardner resident Mike Yates, presented Lance with the award.
  • Lance in Mountainside Recognized As Leader On Senior Citizen Issues

    Congressman Lance has been awarded the "Guardian of Seniors’ Rights Award" for his steadfast commitment to our Nation’s senior citizens. Lance was selected by the non-partisan 60 Plus Association and honored by a group of Mountainside senior citizens. The senior citizen honored Lance for his voting record that includes fighting to protect the health care plans senior citizens know and like, preserving Medicare and Social Security for current retirees, ensuring entitlements for future seniors, voting to cut wasteful spending and enacting policies that allow seniors to keep more of what they have saved.
  • Lance: Northwest New Jersey Community Action Partnership Gets Federal Grant

    Congressman Lance recently visited the Northwest New Jersey Community Action Partnership, Inc (NORWESCAP) in Phillipsburg to announce the organization was awarded a $425,000 federal grant. The Congressman was joined at the presentation by Phillipsburg Mayor Stephen Ellis and trustees of NORWESCAP.
  • Lance in Bridgewater Tours Home Depot

    Congressman Lance recently toured Home Depot in Bridgewater to talk to employees and customers about the economy and the home improvement industry. Lance spoke about tax policies that will create jobs, incentivize home improvements and new construction. Lance has supported legislation in Washington that supports a strong building sector which benefits property values, shares the property tax burden and help builders and suppliers like Home Depot.
