  • Lance Helps Secure Grant For High Bridge Fire Department

    Congressman Lance visited the High Bridge Fire Department to announce the department was awarded a $105,953 federal grant to procure new safety equipment. The Congressman was joined at the presentation by High Bridge Mayor Mark Desire and Fire Chief Jeff Smith, as well as members of the Fire Department.

  • House Passes Lance Amendment Blocking Iran’s Access to U.S. Dollar

    Congressman Lance, co-chair of the Congressional Israel Caucus and one of the leading opponents of the Iran nuclear deal, successfully secured passage of an amendment to a spending measure that would eliminate the possibility of the Obama Administration’s granting Iran access to the U.S. dollar.
  • Lance Mental Health Bill Passes House

    Congressman Lance and his Energy and Commerce Committee colleagues secured a major legislative victory on Wednesday when the U.S. House of Representatives passed landmark reforms to the country’s mental health care system in an overwhelming vote of 422-2. The Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act (H.R. 2646) now moves to the U.S. Senate for consideration.
